CONSTITUTION

ARTICLE I

TITLE AND OBJECTIVES


Section A

The organization shall be known as the

Glen Burnie Sportsmen Association, Inc


Section B


The purpose is for the hunting of wildlife in their natural habitat To uphold all hunting and fishing regulation, to help protect

the natural beauty of our environment and exemplify the qualities of sportsmanship and fair play.

ARTICLE II


MEMBERSHIP

Section A

The club shall consist of not more than (24) twenty - four members, excluding sons, daughters, ,grandsons ,granddaughters of members, who are eligible for membership at the age of (18) eighteen.

Section B

Any member that withdraws from the club for any reason shall forfeit all club privileges and is not entitled to any of the club's funds or property.

Section C

This organization shall not be dissolved nor the charter surrendered.

ARTICLE Ill


OFFICERS


Section A

The officers of this club will consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Sgt At Arms, Treasurer, Ways and Means Chairman and a Hunt Master.

ARTICLE IV


MEETINGS


Section A

The meetings will be held on such a day, time and place as may be decided from time to time by the majority of the members.

ARTICLE V


AMENDMENTS


Section A

Amendments to the constitution and bylaws may be made in March of each year. Amendment changes must be approved by a two-thirds majority of the membership present. Suggested amendments must be submitted in writing, signed and dated by the December meeting.

Section B

Every member must be notified that an amendment vote is pending prior to that vote.
